The Winery Collection Jalapeno Monterey Jack Cheese Bar

Our Jalapeno Monterey Jack Cheese gives everything a little kick. This semi-soft, open-textured cheese has a spicy flavor yet leaves a delicate and buttery taste on the palette. Cut up for a charcuterie board, or use it as a complement to burgers and sandwiches. Our cheese bars are shelf-stable but must be refrigerated after opening. This comes in our signature winery series design.

Ingredients: Cultured pasteurized milk, water, red and green jalapeno peppers, salt, sodium phosphate, sorbic acid (natural preservative), crushed red pepper, natural flavoring, enzymes.
